Cooking Instructions

  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop out portions of the mixture and place them onto the prepared baking sheet. Press each scoop to form discs.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden and crisp. Keep an eye on them.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for about 5-10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
