  • 8 ounces Chilled Short Pasta (fusilli or penne)
For the Vegetables
  • 1 cup Fresh Vegetables (ripe tomatoes, cucumbers)
  • 1 cup Optional Veggies (corn, zucchini) Feel free to mix in your favorite vegetables.
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Garlic-infused Italian Dressing Make or buy.
  • to taste Salt & Herbs Adjust for flavor.

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil and cook the chilled short pasta for 8–10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Wash and chop your fresh vegetables into bite-sized pieces, including tomatoes and cucumbers; add optional veggies as desired.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic-infused Italian dressing ingredients until well combined and creamy.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta with the chopped fresh veggies and pour the dressing over; toss gently until coated.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning before serving, adding salt or herbs as needed.
