Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the ground bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Crumble and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, crumbled bacon, and panko. Pour in milk and mix gently to combine.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, diced onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour wet ingredients over the meat mixture and combine gently. It should feel slightly sticky.
  5. Take a scoop of the mixture, flatten it, place a cheese cube in the center, and roll into a ball.
  6. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake meatballs on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 20-25 minutes till cooked through.
  7. Whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, and vinegar for the burger sauce; refrigerate.
