  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter for drizzling
For the Boursin Mixture
  • 100 grams Boursin cheese garlic & fine herbs recommended
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground, to taste
For Garnishing
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley optional, chopped
  • 2 wedges lemon for serving

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Boursin cheese, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half of the olive oil or melted butter until smooth.
  3. Pat the salmon fillets dry, drizzle with remaining olive oil or melted butter, and season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Spread the Boursin mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until golden on top and easily flakeable.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
