  • 1 ball Burrata Fresh; can substitute with fresh mozzarella.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Oregano Or use dried with adjusted quantity.

  • 1 loaf Crusty Bread/Crostini Sourdough or baguette are great options.

Method
 

Main Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine halved tomatoes and minced garlic on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Roast for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Remove the baking sheet, create a nest for the burrata, and place it in the center.
  4. Drizzle balsamic glaze and sprinkle with fresh oregano.
  5. Serve warm with crusty bread or crostini.
