  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce homemade or canned
  • 1/2 cup Candied Pecans optional; substitute with seeds for nut-free
For Garnish
  • 1 sprig Rosemary optional; for garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin with non-stick spray or butter.
  2. Roll out chilled puff pastry dough to 1/8-inch thick and cut into 12 equal squares.
  3. Press each square into the greased muffin cups to form small baskets.
  4. Place a cube of brie cheese in each basket followed by cranberry sauce and optional candied pecans.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Cool for a few minutes and garnish with rosemary before serving.
