Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface to 1/8-inch thick and cut into 12 squares.
  3. Press each pastry square into the muffin cups to form baskets.
  4. Place a cube of brie in each cup and spoon cranberry sauce over the top.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Cool for a few minutes and garnish with rosemary before serving.
