Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut into 12 squares.
  3. Place a cube of brie cheese into each pastry cup.
  4. Top each brie-filled pastry with ½ teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
  5. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes and garnish with fresh rosemary.
