Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Slice the chicken breasts horizontally to create thin fillets and season with salt, pepper, and half of the garlic.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth, then stir in remaining garlic, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, parmesan, and half of the mozzarella.
  4. Spread the creamy sauce over the seasoned chicken, drizzle sun-dried tomato oil, and scatter sun-dried tomatoes around.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (73.9°C).
  6. Remove foil, stir in fresh spinach, top with remaining mozzarella, and bake uncovered for 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  7. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
