Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin by lining it with paper liners or greasing the cups.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the melted unsalted butter, granulated sugar, honey, milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, being careful not to overmix.
  5. Carefully fold in the finely chopped walnuts, pistachios, almonds, along with the ground cinnamon and ground cloves.
  6. Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
  7. Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. As soon as the muffins are out of the oven, drizzle warm honey over the top of each muffin.
