- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin by lining it with paper liners or greasing the cups.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the melted unsalted butter, granulated sugar, honey, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, being careful not to overmix.
- Carefully fold in the finely chopped walnuts, pistachios, almonds, along with the ground cinnamon and ground cloves.
- Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
- Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
- As soon as the muffins are out of the oven, drizzle warm honey over the top of each muffin.
