Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the jasmine rice according to the package instructions, about 15 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice until smooth.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground turkey and cook for 6-8 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, salt, and pepper to the turkey. Cook for an additional minute.
  5. Add chopped red bell pepper, carrots, and broccoli, cooking for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Mix half of the Bang Bang sauce into the turkey and veggie mixture and cook for another minute.
  7. Serve by mounding jasmine rice in bowls and topping with the turkey and vegetable mixture, drizzling remaining sauce over the top.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
