Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13 inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it.
- Melt ½ cup of butter in a medium bowl, then stir in 1 cup of granulated sugar, ½ cup of brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add 2 large eggs one at a time, mixing well after each until smooth and glossy.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup of all-purpose flour and ⅓ cup of cocoa powder.
- Slowly combine the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just mixed.
- Fold in roughly chopped Halloween Oreos and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth it out. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 15-20 minutes before lifting them out to slice into squares.
