For the Wraps
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas Whole wheat tortillas are a healthier option.

  • 1/2 cup Dill Pickle Slices Optional for extra crunch.
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil Any cooking oil will suffice.

Equipment

  • skillet
  • Medium bowl

Method

Prep Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, finely chopped dill pickles, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix thoroughly until smooth and creamy. Cover and refrigerate to enhance flavors.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Sauté the chopped onion for about 3 minutes until translucent. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart, and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned (about 6-8 minutes), draining excess grease.
  3. Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave for 15-20 seconds. Spread special sauce across each tortilla, then layer the cooked beef, shredded lettuce, and shredded cheddar cheese. Optionally add dill pickle slices.
  4. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and tightly roll from bottom to top. Slice in half for presentation and serve warm.
