Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Rinse the fresh blueberries under cold water and pat dry. Set aside in a mixing bowl.
  2. Slice the peaches into wedges or bite-sized pieces, discarding the pit, and add to the bowl with blueberries.
  3. Crumble feta cheese over the fruit mixture, ensuring an even distribution.
  4. Wash and dry mixed greens, then add to the bowl with the fruit and feta.
  5. Chop the red onion and add it to the salad, tossing gently to combine.
  6. Roughly chop walnuts and add to the salad. Mix gently to distribute.
  7. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
  8. Drizzle the prepared dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
  9. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 hour.
