Method
 

Salad Preparation
  1. Wash the mixed salad greens under cold water, dry them thoroughly, and place in a large salad bowl.
  2. Gently rinse the fresh blueberries under cool water, pat dry, and sprinkle over the salad greens.
  3. Roughly chop the shelled pistachios and sprinkle them over the greens and blueberries.
  4. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese generously across the salad.
  5. Thinly slice the red onion and add it to the salad.
  6. Whisk together the olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until creamy.
  7. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat all ingredients.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve immediately or refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
