- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Melt 1/2 cup of unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly for 6-10 minutes until golden and nutty.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Combine warm brown butter with 1 cup of brown sugar until smooth.
- Stir in 1 egg, 1 egg yolk, and 1/2 cup of Biscoff spread until smooth.
- Fold in 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt and 1 cup of flour until just combined.
- Add 1/2 cup of chopped dark chocolate, pour the batter into the pan, and bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are set.
- Allow to cool for at least 2 hours in the pan before lifting out and slicing.
