- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 or 9x9-inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix the rolled oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
- Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined, then gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top, optionally sprinkling extra chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for about 35 minutes, until the edges are set and the center jiggles slightly.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serve warm or chilled.
