Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 or 9x9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the rolled oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined, then gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top, optionally sprinkling extra chocolate chips on top.
