Step‑By‑Step Instructions
- Prepare Mozzarella: Start by cutting the mozzarella cheese into 1-inch cubes and set them aside on a plate.
- Wrap Cheese: Crumble your cooked bacon into small pieces and carefully wrap one piece around each mozzarella cube.
- Mix Chicken Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and half of the buffalo sauce.
- Form Bombs: Take a handful of the chicken mixture and flatten it into a patty. Place one bacon-wrapped mozzarella cube in the center, then fold the chicken mixture around it.
- Coat Bombs: Roll each chicken bomb in flour, dip it into the egg mixture, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs.
- Cook: If frying, heat vegetable or canola oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry for about 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
- Finish & Serve: Drizzle the remaining buffalo sauce over the cooked bombs before serving, hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.

Notes
Ensure that the mozzarella is fully encased in chicken to avoid leaks. Refrigerate bombs for a crispier texture before cooking.
