  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
For the Coating

Method

Step‑By‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Mozzarella: Start by cutting the mozzarella cheese into 1-inch cubes and set them aside on a plate.
  2. Wrap Cheese: Crumble your cooked bacon into small pieces and carefully wrap one piece around each mozzarella cube.
  3. Mix Chicken Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and half of the buffalo sauce.
  4. Form Bombs: Take a handful of the chicken mixture and flatten it into a patty. Place one bacon-wrapped mozzarella cube in the center, then fold the chicken mixture around it.
  5. Coat Bombs: Roll each chicken bomb in flour, dip it into the egg mixture, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs.
  6. Cook: If frying, heat vegetable or canola oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry for about 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Finish & Serve: Drizzle the remaining buffalo sauce over the cooked bombs before serving, hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
