- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Thinly slice your potatoes and toss them in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
- Spread the potato slices on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for about 20 minutes.
- In a skillet over medium heat, crumble and brown the sausage until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Spread pesto sauce over the rolled-out dough, layer the roasted potatoes and sausage, followed by mozzarella and parmesan.
- Carefully transfer to the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Once out of the oven, garnish with fresh basil leaves and drizzle with olive oil.
