  • 2 tablespoons Pickle Juice or lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill or dried dill
For the Bacon
  • 12 strips Bacon Strips center-cut preferred

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy, then mix in sour cream, diced pickles, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, pickle juice, and dill until combined.
  3. Cut bacon strips in half lengthwise to make 24 strips.
  4. Place one tablespoon of filling at the end of each bacon strip, roll tightly, and secure with a toothpick if needed.
  5. Arrange the bacon rolls in the muffin tin and bake for 40-45 minutes until crispy and golden.
  6. Allow to cool for 3-5 minutes before garnishing with dill and pickles.
  7. Serve warm on a platter and enjoy!
