Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, shredded mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well-blended.
  2. Lay out flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spoon cheesy chicken filling into the center of each tortilla. Add fresh spinach leaves and diced tomatoes.
  3. Fold the sides of each tortilla over the filling, then roll tightly from the bottom up, securing the filling inside.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Place wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook until bottoms are golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Flip the wraps and cook for another 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy on all sides. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
