Step-by-Step Instructions for Cheesy Hamburger Casserole Bake
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart.
  3. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, stirring well and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package directions until al dente and drain.
  6. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni with the beef mixture, cheddar, mozzarella, and sour cream.
  7. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
