Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by cutting the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season them generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a splash of olive oil. Sear the chicken pieces for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown, then remove from skillet.
  3. Lower the heat and add butter to the same skillet. Once melted, add minced garlic and red chili flakes; sauté until garlic is fragrant.
