Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts, making sure they are evenly coated in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
  2. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. If using a grill, lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
  3. Add the marinated chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden and cooked through. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and diced cucumber until well combined. Adjust the seasoning if necessary.
