Instructions

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture using a spatula until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  6. Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds to three-quarters full with batter.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
