Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl. In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter until smooth. Gradually mix wet and dry ingredients.
  3. Prepare the cinnamon swirl by mixing softened butter, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon until smooth. Drop spoonfuls over the cake batter and swirl gently.
  4. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean and the top is golden brown.
  5. Make the cream cheese glaze by beating cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Adjust milk for consistency.
  6. Allow the cake to cool for about 10 minutes, then pour the glaze over it to let it seep into the swirls.
