- Add sugar, melted butter, and one beaten egg to the bananas; mix until velvety.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and cinnamon; stir into banana mixture until combined.
- Mix brown sugar, flour, and a pinch of cinnamon for the crumb topping; add melted butter.
- Pour banana batter into the greased pan; sprinkle crumb topping evenly.
- Bake for 60–65 minutes, checking doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
