Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.

  3. Increase speed to high and gradually add sugar, one tablespoon at a time for 5-7 minutes until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently sprinkle in the flavored gelatin and mix on low until fully combined.
  5. Using a piping bag or spoon, dollop mounds of meringue onto prepared sheets, spaced an inch apart.
  6. Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours until dry to touch; do not open oven door for at least 1 hour.
  7. Turn off the oven and cool cookies inside for at least an hour.
