Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line an 8x8-inch baking pan.
  2. Blend the cottage cheese until smooth; add eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla and blend again.
  3. Whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently. Fold in dark chocolate chips if using.
  5. Pour the batter into the baking pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 22–25 minutes until the center is slightly jiggly but springs back when touched.
  7. Let the brownies cool in the pan for 10 minutes before lifting out and slicing into squares.
