  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine well-drained crab meat, chopped shrimp, softened cream cheese, breadcrumbs, finely chopped parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
  2. Place salmon fillets skin-side down and slice a pocket into the thickest part of each fillet.
  3. Spoon the crab and shrimp mixture into each pocket of the salmon fillets, pressing gently to pack it in.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish. Bake stuffed salmon for 20-25 minutes until it flakes easily.
  5. Remove from oven and let rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
