- Gently clean the portobello mushrooms and remove the stems.
- Drizzle olive oil over the mushroom caps and season with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, pepper, and parsley until well mixed.
