  • 1 cup Mayonnaise light mayo or Greek yogurt as alternative
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded, can substitute cheese
  • 6 strips Bacon cooked and crumbled, optional
  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning homemade recommended
  • 0.5 cup Green Onions chopped, chives as substitute

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1 cup of sour cream, and 1 packet of ranch seasoning until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add 4 cups of sweet corn, 0.5 cup of chopped green onions, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and 6 strips of cooked and crumbled bacon into the bowl. Gently toss until well coated.
  3. Cover the mixing bowl tightly and refrigerate the salad for at least 2 hours.
  4. Before serving, stir to reincorporate any separated ingredients and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Scoop the chilled salad into a serving dish and garnish with additional green onions if desired.
