Method
 

Directions
  1. Begin by shredding about 4 cups of green and red cabbage in a large bowl.
  2. Core and finely chop 2 fresh apples, keeping the skin on for color and nutrition.
  3. Combine the cabbage and apples, mixing well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup of Greek yogurt or mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons of honey, and 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar until smooth.
  5. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and apple mixture and toss to coat.
  6. Fold in 0.5 cup of dried cranberries and optional add-ins if using.
  7. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  8. Taste for seasoning and adjust with salt and pepper before serving.
