  • 2 tbsp Olive oil Melted butter makes a great alternative.
  • 1 cup Fresh arugula or spinach Substitute with other greens if desired.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pre-made pizza crust on a baking sheet and lightly coat the surface with olive oil.
  3. Mix shredded chicken with cranberry sauce until well-coated.
  4. Spread the cranberry-chicken mixture evenly across the prepared crust.
  5. Slice the Brie cheese and layer it generously over the chicken mixture.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the Brie layer.
  7. Scatter thinly sliced red onion over the cheese layer, then drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh thyme, salt, and pepper.
  8. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove and cool for a minute, then top with fresh arugula or spinach before slicing and serving.
