Step-by-Step Instructions for Cranberry Orange Chicken
  1. Rub chicken with salt, pepper, and fresh thyme or rosemary. Let rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken for 4-6 minutes per side until golden brown, then remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add cranberries, orange zest and juice, and honey. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until cranberries burst.
  4. Return chicken to the skillet and add chicken broth. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Plate chicken and spoon cranberry sauce over the top. Garnish with herbs or orange zest.
