- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and ranch dressing until smooth.
- Stir in chopped kosher dill pickles, white beans, half of the shredded mozzarella and cheddar, fresh dill, and pickle brine.
- Transfer dip mixture into a 7x10 inch baking dish, spreading evenly.
- Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and cheddar evenly over the dip, followed by the chopped dill pickles.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 21-23 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Switch the oven to broil and broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a crisp top.
- Garnish with additional fresh dill before serving. Enjoy with thick-cut potato chips or pita chips.
