Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Gather and measure all ingredients, and finely chop the canned green chilis and green onions.
  3. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and whisk in flour to create a roux.
  4. Gradually pour in the skim milk and chicken broth while whisking. Stir in the sour cream, spices, and green chilis and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  5. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, frozen corn, and green onions. Pour the sauce over and mix well.
  6. Warm each tortilla in a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
  7. Fill each warmed tortilla with about 3 tablespoons of the filling and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  8. Place the filled tacos seam-side up on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
