  • 1 cup Sour Cream Can substitute with Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Dill Fresh or dried
  • 2 tablespoons White Vinegar Can substitute with apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon Salt Sea salt or kosher salt recommended
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh garlic can be used as well
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar Optional; use monk fruit sweetener for keto
  • 1 piece Red Onion Optional for a bite

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash two English cucumbers under cool water, peel if desired, and slice into thin rounds.
  2. Combine sour cream, dill, white vinegar, salt, garlic powder, and sugar in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over cucumber slices and gently toss to coat.
  4. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  5. After chilling, stir gently and serve cold.
