Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites for 3-4 minutes, flip and cook until preferred doneness. Keep warm.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and add heavy cream and Cajun seasoning. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until creamy.
  4. Add cooked pasta to sauce, stir in Parmesan until melted. Fold in steak bites gently. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Serve immediately in bowls or on plates, garnished with extra Parmesan and parsley.
