Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add chopped bacon and cook until crispy, approximately 5–7 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate, keeping the bacon fat in the skillet.
  2. In the same skillet, add bite-sized pieces of chicken and season with salt and pepper. Sauté for about 6–8 minutes until cooked through and browned.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth, honey Dijon mustard, and heavy cream. Stir to combine and bring to a gentle simmer for 4–5 minutes until sauce thickens.
  5. Add cooked pasta and fresh spinach, stirring until spinach wilts, about 2 minutes.
  6. Stir in the crispy bacon pieces, mix evenly, and heat through for another minute. Serve warm.
