- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Spread a thin layer of béchamel sauce on the bottom of the greased baking dish.
- Layer cooked lasagna noodles over the béchamel sauce, then add sautéed spinach or zucchini, followed by the shredded chicken if using. Top with shredded mozzarella and béchamel sauce.
- Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with a generous layer of béchamel and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Let the lasagna cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
