  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables Frozen works great.
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
For the Ghostly Eyes
  • as needed Peppercorns For spooky eyes.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Peel and chop 2-3 large potatoes into chunks. Boil in salted water for about 15 minutes until fork-tender, then drain.
  2. Return hot potatoes to pot, add butter, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth and let cool slightly.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil. Sauté diced onion and minced garlic for 2-3 minutes. Add ground beef, cook until browned (5-7 minutes).
  4. Stir in tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce. Add mixed vegetables and beef broth, season to taste. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Spoon filling into a baking dish. Pipe mashed potatoes on top in ghost shapes, leaving some space in between.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown on top and filling is bubbly.
