- Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add quartered Yukon Gold potatoes to the seasoning mix and toss until coated.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned potatoes and toss again.
- Arrange the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
- Once cooked, remove the basket and transfer the potatoes to a serving dish.
- Optionally, garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
