Preparation Steps
- Slice the ripe bananas into even, thin discs about 1/8-inch thick.
- In a bowl, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
- Toss sliced bananas in melted coconut oil or butter until coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Lay coated banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the banana slices for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Transfer the chips to a wire rack to cool completely.
