Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss shrimp in this mixture until coated.
  2. Create a breading assembly line with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs. Dip shrimp in flour, egg, and then breadcrumbs.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket, spray lightly with oil, and cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking halfway.
  5. Warm corn tortillas in a dry skillet for 30 seconds on each side.
