Calzone Preparation
- Divide the pizza dough into 4 equal parts and roll each piece into a 6-inch circular shape.
- Spread pizza sauce on one side of each circle, leaving half an inch around the edges.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and layers of pepperoni on top of the sauce.
- Fold the dough over and crimp edges securely to seal.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F and lightly spray the basket with oil.
- Place calzones in a single layer and air fry for 7-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Remove calzones, let cool for a minute, then brush with garlic butter and sprinkle with cheese or seasoning.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
