Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by peeling fresh carrots and slicing them into 1/4-inch thick chips. Pat the carrot chips dry with paper towels.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, lightly spray your carrot chips with olive oil and sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange your seasoned carrot chips in a single layer, ready to cook.
  4. Carefully place the seasoned carrot chips in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Check after 10-12 minutes; if necessary, cook in additional 2-minute intervals until crispy.
  6. Remove chips from the basket, let them cool slightly. Top with parsley or Parmesan if desired and serve.
