Preparation Steps
  1. Wash the apples and grapes under cool water. Core and dice apples into bite-sized pieces. Halve the grapes.
  2. Chop the pecans into smaller pieces and soak dried cranberries in warm water for 5 to 10 minutes if desired.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice until smooth. Add a pinch of salt to taste.
  4. In a large bowl, combine diced apples, halved grapes, chopped pecans, and soaked cranberries. Toss to mix evenly.
  5. Pour dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss to coat.
