Dough Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and baking powder. Create a well in the center and add milk and beaten eggs, stirring until smooth.
Chill the Dough
- Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Shape Donuts
- Dust the countertop with flour, roll out the dough to about ½ inch thick, and cut out donut shapes using a donut cutter.
Fry Donuts
