Chicken Zucchini Poppers Instructions
- Grate the zucchinis and squeeze out moisture using paper towel. Set aside.
- Mix the squeezed zucchini with ground chicken, minced garlic, chopped chives, salt, and pepper. Form into six patties.
- Blend cilantro, garlic, mayonnaise, cottage cheese, and vinegar in a food processor until smooth. Chill in the fridge.
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Cook the patties for about 4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Remove the patties and serve warm with the cilantro sauce.
